- Historic issues: slab settling since 2010, multiple failed repairs, snow melt system inoperable for ~4 years
- 360 Engineering led design with Martin/Martin and Hollis+Miller Architects
- Mechanical testing identified leaks in 2 snow melt zones
- Selected solution: partial demolition and replacement of 1/3 of the concrete and snow melt piping with a structural ledge to prevent future settlement
- Additional upgrades: replacement of damaged handrails, bollards, and two trench drains
