Our Team

Shared Vision Shared Success

At 360 Engineering, our team is the heart of everything we do. We believe great engineering starts with people who feel supported, challenged, and valued for who they are. We are committed to creating an environment where personal and professional growth go hand in hand—one that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning while recognizing that a fulfilling life extends beyond the office. By supporting flexible paths, mentorship, and leadership development, we empower our people to do their best work and build meaningful, lasting careers.

Just as important, we believe work should be enjoyable and rooted in strong teamwork. We value being good teammates—showing up for one another, communicating openly, and approaching challenges with a sense of humor and mutual respect. By embracing individual backgrounds, perspectives, and talents, we foster a culture where people can be themselves, have fun along the way, and take pride in the collective success we create together for our clients and communities.
