The best trips I take are with my husband and all three of our kids. Wherever we go together, my heart is full and we always have a great time.

I love to mountain bike, ski, and spend as much time outdoors as possible, traveling around in our camper van.

A bucket-list destination I’m aiming for is Italy! To drive or take the train across the country to eat Pasta and drink wine!
I have (3) Pets. Two Cats, Babou and Ike, and one dog, a Newfoundland mix named Zoey.
A hidden talent most people don’t know about is I’m ambidextrous. I write and eat left-handed, but play almost every sport right-handed!
My favorite dish to cook or bake is… Tortilla de patata
A fun achievement I’m proud of (race, language, certification, etc.) is… Winning a Forza Motorsport tournament
A volunteer cause or community activity I enjoy is… Neuro divergence community, I have volunteered and been involved most of my life. I have also been a kitten foster for the Colorado Feline Friends Rescue.
My go-to coffee/tea order is either Americano or Chai tea with oat milk, just depends on the day.
A piece of tech or tool I can’t work without is needle nose pilers – super useful when working on my car picking up the bolts I’ve dropped in hard to reach spots.
A surprising previous job I’ve had is…working at Dorow’s Mink Ranch and packing mink pelts
My childhood dream job was… I always envisioned a career where I could channel my passion for nature into a creative retail venture, specifically a flower and gift shop
A fun achievement I’m proud of (race, language, certification, etc.) is…since I moved to Colorado 14 years ago – I have several! Running: the Dead Horse 50k, numerous trail marathons, half marathons, 5k, 10k, 15ks. Summiting 27 of Colorado’s 14ers (some of them more than once), cycling several Century rides in Colorado and on the bike especially riding the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic and the Triple Bypass
A sport I love to play or follow is… following NFL football. I think I even know more players than my husband, but he knows the rules better than me 😉
My childhood dream job was… to be a WWF superstar! I grew up watching WWF (also still watched when it became WWE) and idolized The Rock and Triple H.
My dream pet would be… an elephant. My husband and I have a life goal of opening an animal sanctuary and bringing in rescue animals of all types.
The best trip I’ve ever taken was to… Spannocchia, Italy, a “slow foods” farm in Tuscany.
