Mechanical Project Engineer – 0-3 Years Experience (Starting April 2026)

How you’ll spend your days:

  • Working with internal project teams to deliver the best designs for each project
  • Providing load calculations and energy analysis on projects
  • Selecting and scheduling equipment
  • Assisting with weekly project reports, attending the weekly internal status meetings, and providing accurate progress billing information to accounting
  • Issuing change requests when required
  • Navigating changes, risks, and other construction messiness to the satisfaction of the contractor/owner and our company

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering and preferably 1+ years of professional experience designing HVAC/plumbing systems
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and load software – we use Trace 700
  • Naturally self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind and the ability to work cohesively with a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to set and make deadlines
  • Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and an unshakably positive attitude
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
