  • 128,000 SF historic school modernization (original 1927 construction with multiple additions) to improve mechanical and electrical systems 
  • Mechanical upgrades: full building air conditioning with air-cooled chiller, two distribution pumps, new Rooftop Units (RTUs) for gymnasiums and cafeteria, and replacement fan coil units with chilled water coils 
  • Full Direct Digital Control (DDC) integration for centralized building control and improved comfort 
  • Security and safety coordination: chiller enclosure with chain-link fence and cameras, guard rails for RTU access 
  • Gas service upgrade coordinated with DPS and Xcel Energy to meet new RTU demands 
  • Strategic rooftop placement and coordination with architect to address existing roof constraints and maintain safe maintenance access
