- Remodel of approximately 3,000 SF, including sleeping quarters, bathrooms, dayroom, dining and kitchen areas, offices, meeting rooms, exterior patio with grills, and a new fitness room addition
- Health and safety upgrades: added dedicated decontamination and locker rooms, separated from the apparatus bay to improve firefighter health and contaminant control
- 360 Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering in collaboration with OZ Architecture
- Mechanical systems solution: replaced existing systems, redesigned ductwork for the new floor plan, added kitchen hood and makeup air unit, and installed a Rooftop Unit (RTU) serving the fitness area, decontamination area, and locker rooms
- Controls: implemented new system controls for rooftop unit, kitchen ventilation, and apparatus bay infrared heaters to improve efficiency and operation
