- Mechanical systems solution: replaced three failing chillers with two energy-efficient variable-speed chillers featuring free-cooling sequences to maximize tonnage and footprint; free-cooling bypass valves reduce energy and improve long-term efficiency
- Design coordination: collaborated with NLR, electrical (AE Design), and structural (Martin/Martin) consultants to ensure proper power, roof placement, and safe operation, including refrigerant monitoring and mechanical exhaust systems per safety guidelines
