  • 22,785 SF historic 1938 building renovated to serve as a modern assembly space while preserving architectural integrity 
  • Mechanical and plumbing engineering upgrades addressed code compliance and modern ventilation requirements in a limited-ceiling historic structure 
  • Energy recovery units added to supply fresh air to basement meeting hall, first-floor support areas, and second-floor offices 
  • Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system installed to minimize ductwork and preserve historic features, with louvers integrated into existing window openings 
  • Auditorium HVAC upgrade: two large rooftop units in a new mechanical yard, with redesigned air distribution for comfort and efficiency 
  • Exposed and discreet ductwork coordinated with structural and fire protection systems, including first-floor ducts between concrete and second-floor spiral wall-mounted ducts 
  • Project outcome: revitalized community landmark honoring Loveland’s heritage while providing modern, functional assembly spaces
