  • 10,000 SF, ground-up fire station providing faster response times for a growing suburban area and emergency resources for the nearby Backcountry Wilderness Area 
  • Facility design includes three engine bays with mezzanine, equipment storage, offices, fitness room, kitchen, dayroom, decontamination space, laundry, restrooms, and indoor/outdoor support spaces 
  • 360 Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering design in coordination with the full A/E team for a modern, high-performance fire station 
  • Mechanical systems solution: Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC paired with a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) to deliver ductless, high-efficiency, zoned heating and cooling with heat recovery, complemented by radiant tube heaters and vehicle exhaust extraction systems in the engine bays 
  • Plumbing Systems: design supported three firefighter restrooms with showers, a public restroom, drinking fountains with bottle fillers, washing machines, a commercial kitchen, and outdoor patio grills
